常熟市常源變壓器有限公司（原名為保定變壓器廠常熟分廠、常熟市蘇源變壓器有限公司）始建于二十世紀(jì)七十年代，2003年由供電局農(nóng)電公司收購經(jīng)營，2010年9月被江蘇永明電器有限公司受讓經(jīng)營至今。是一家專業(yè)生產(chǎn)35kv及以下各類變壓器和高低壓成套開關(guān)設(shè)備的科技型企業(yè)。
公司坐落于204國道旁的常熟市支塘工業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)，地處蘇嘉杭和沿江高速交匯處，交通便捷。公司占地面積66600平方，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房12000平方米，擁有固定資產(chǎn)2000多萬元，內(nèi)部物流暢通，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完善。公司擁有高精度鐵芯加工線、大中型繞線機(jī)、真空干燥爐、真空澆注及固化設(shè)備、箔繞機(jī)及各類高效金屬加工成型設(shè)備等200余臺套。擁有國內(nèi)先進(jìn)的智能型綜合試驗檢測設(shè)備，通過微機(jī)終端網(wǎng)絡(luò)集控管理，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品全項目測試。
目前公司已研發(fā)生產(chǎn)銷售變壓器產(chǎn)品有：35kV及以下S11、S13型油浸式電力變壓器；SCB10(11、12)型干式變壓器；ZGS11(13)-Z(H)型組合式變壓器、YBM系列預(yù)裝式變電站；S(B)H15型非晶合金電力變壓器，產(chǎn)品通過國家變壓器質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢查中心、國家電器產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗中心檢測，同時通過江蘇省經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息化委員組織的新產(chǎn)品新技術(shù)鑒定驗收。定制開發(fā)各類整流變、電爐變、隔離變等特種變壓器，適用于各種工況場所。
生產(chǎn)銷售的高低壓成套設(shè)備產(chǎn)品有：KYN61-40.5、KYN28-24、KYN28-12型3~35KV戶內(nèi)交流金屬鎧裝式開關(guān)設(shè)備、YBW-12/0.4箱式變電站、XGN15-12（F）/630-20型XGN15-12（F.R）/125-31.5型金屬封閉環(huán)網(wǎng)開關(guān)設(shè)備,GCK、MNS、GGD、PGL低壓成套開關(guān)設(shè)備、XGL低壓配電柜（低壓成套開關(guān)設(shè)備）、PZ30組合電器箱、XMJ電表計量箱（配電板）、JS施工用電箱，ATS雙電源箱,JXF配電箱，JP農(nóng)網(wǎng)柜、SVC、APF、SVG等抑制諧波無功補(bǔ)償裝置等設(shè)備，產(chǎn)品廣泛適用于電站、石油化工、冶金、輕紡、高層建筑作為電器系統(tǒng)、配電和電機(jī)控制用。還可以根據(jù)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)備要求承接非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計生產(chǎn)。產(chǎn)品先后通過了權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)的檢測認(rèn)證，符合GB7251-2005《低壓成套開關(guān)設(shè)備和控制設(shè)備》及GB3906-2006《3.6KV~40.5KV交流金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備和控制設(shè)備》的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，低壓成套產(chǎn)品獲得中國質(zhì)量認(rèn)證中心頒發(fā)的中國國家強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證證書（“3C”認(rèn)證）。
公司取得電力工程施工總承包叁級、輸變電工程專業(yè)承包叁級、建筑機(jī)電安裝工程專業(yè)承包叁級、承裝（修、試）電力設(shè)施許可證（五級）資質(zhì)證書，承接各類機(jī)電、電力工程項目施工，同時提供電力技術(shù)咨詢、設(shè)計，電力系統(tǒng)維保、維修及再制造服務(wù)。
